Exchanges and Returns
You can change the product at any GALLERY store located in Italy or by delivering it to a forwarder / courier who will send you home, as better specified below. In the event of an error in the content of the package returned by you, we will be authorized to charge you the transport costs in the event that it is possible to manage and return the package received to your attention.
How soon can I make a return?
To take advantage of the return of an item purchased on the galleryproject.it website, you must return it within 15 days from the date of shipment of your order.
How to make the return?
To make a return, you will have to independently contact a courier of your choice and arrange the shipment of the items to be sent together with the return form received when shipping the order.
The shipment must be sent to the address below:

How soon will I receive my refund?
Once the product sent has been received, we will issue the refund within 15 working days.
Where will I get my refund?
Refunds will be issued with the same payment method chosen during the purchase. In case of payment by cash on delivery, the IBAN on which to credit the amount must be indicated on the return form.
Can I cancel my return request?

Are shipping costs included in the return?
The user will only be refunded the actual price of the returned products, therefore the shipping costs will not be refunded.
ATTENTION!Items must keep all labels and be in perfect condition; otherwise the return will not be accepted and the payment return process will not be processed.

It is possible to request an exchange within 15 days from the date of delivery of the order.
How to make the exchange?

Exchange at a point of sale: you can exchange the product in any Gallery Project point of sale distributed throughout the country, bringing with you the electronic receipt sent during the purchase phase. You will be able to present the electronic receipt either in digital format through the screen from your telephone or in paper format.
Exchange by Shipping / Courier:must send an exchange request to firstname.lastname@example.org or to the whatsapp number +39 334 6525 201 indicating the order code received in case of purchase, the product / s with which to return with the relative size and a date availability to allow us to organize the collection of the goods, the address where to make the collection and the address where the new shipment is to be sent.
How soon will I receive the new products in case of exchange by shipping / courier?
Within 3 days of the request, we will send you confirmation of the order collection date. Within 7 days of receiving the goods at our offices, we will send the new products to the shipping address communicated during the exchange request.

Are there any additional shipping costs?
The collection of the goods to be exchanged will be free. Payment for the shipment of new items is required for a total of € 5 to be paid to the courier at the time of shipment.
