Shipping policy

Shipping is free for orders over € 50, otherwise the cost of shipping in Italy is € 5.

The cash on delivery is to be understood as an additional option to shipping and its cost is € 3;

 

Shipping times

 

Alex srl ships on Italian territory within 24/72 hours for orders placed from Monday to Friday before 15:00. Deliveries and any delays are subject to our external suppliers, for any delays contact the site https://www.gls-italy.com/ with your tracking number issued by ALEX SRL at the time of purchase. Deliveries For the islands, delivery may take an additional day. Deliveries are made during office hours from Monday to Friday.

The courier will make 2 delivery attempts. All orders are processed automatically and we are unable to change shipping and delivery times.

Can the shipping address be different from the billing address?

Yes, during the payment process you can indicate a different shipping address than the one you entered to register.

 

The shipping address is not correct, can I change it to another one?

For orders placed with cash on delivery payment method, and still not processed, you can make a change of the address or other data, if the order has already been paid by cards or paypal it will not be possible to change any data, the customer must cancel order and place a new one. If, on the other hand, the order has already been delivered to the courier, it will no longer be possible to change the address whatever the payment method chosen. In any case, contact support, we will assist you in re-arranging the shipment of your order.

Can I choose the delivery time?

It is not possible to indicate the delivery time. The courier makes deliveries from Monday to Friday during office hours.

We recommend that you choose an address at which you are easily found. It will not be possible to change the address after the order has been completed.

 

What happens if I am not at home at the time of delivery?

The courier will try to deliver the order for two consecutive days. After two delivery attempts, the package will be sent to our warehouse.

 

Can an order be canceled?

Yes, an order can be canceled within 12 hours from the date of purchase, but in any case not before the shipment of the package has been notified. If you wish to cancel an order after the parcel has been sent, this will result in the buyer having to pay for the shipping and return costs.

An order is canceled due to:

- some banking problem, or with the delivery address or for some fraudulent reason.

- after 2 unsuccessful delivery attempts by the courier to the shipping address indicated.
